Banquet Hall Rental

Rental Rates:

  • $200 - Kitchen ONLY
  • $400 - Half day meetings (Mon - Fri during office hours only)
  • $700 - Full day
  • $1,500 - Weekend

$5.00 corkage fee per person includes bartender, ice, cups, and basic bar mixers.

The renter is required to provide their own Special Occasion Permit in order to serve liquor, and must supply their own liquor in accordance with the permit.

Summer Camps

Summer Camp 2018


Registration begins for Saskatoon Wildlife Federation members on April 1, 2018.  Non-members may apply beginning April 8, 2018.

Scholarships available – please attach scholarship application to camp registration.

Each summer the Saskatoon Wildlife Federation hosts summer camps at our clubhouse. Campers get a chance to enjoy the outdoors, learn some new skills, and develop friendships in a positive environment. Scholarships are available by application. Please call our office for more information.

Camp Scholarship Program

Every year, the Saskatoon Wildlife Federation sponsors children in their summer camps. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements and be accepted.

  • Be between the ages of 6 and 11 years, and attending elementary school in Saskatoon or the surrounding area.
  • Provide a short description of why he/she is deserving of the scholarship and what he/she hopes to gain from the camp experience.


Saskatoon Wildlife Federation graciously acknowledges financial support for summer camp from the following:

"Friendship" - up to $500

"Bullseye" - up to $1,000

"Campfire" - up to $2,500


"Night Sky" - over $2,500

Adult Intensive - Session 2

August 10th to August 18th, 2018

Dates: August 10th to 11th & August 17th to 18th


Fridays - 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Saturdays - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Course Includes: 

   - Hunter Safety Exam

   - PAL (Non-Restricted Firearms) exam

   - RPAL (Restricted Firearms) exam

General Information:
   - Must be at least 18 years old.

   - A digital copy of the firearm manuals will be emailed.

   - A hard copy will be supplied at the class.

   - 80% is the required passing mark

Hunter Safety/PAL - Session 3

May 28th to June 27th, 2018

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Course Includes: 

   - Hunter Safety

   - PAL (Non-Restricted Firearms) exam

General Information:
A digital copy of the firearm manuals will be emailed, hard copies will be supplied at the class. The required passing mark is 80%.
