Summer Camps 2019

Beginner Camp

Ages 6 to 9

Dates: July 8th to 12th

Times: 9AM to 4PM

Cost: $225

Activites: Air Rifle, Archery, Fishing, Games and Crafts

Friday July 12th - Camp will be held until 10PM with evening activites, hotdogs, and marshmallows.  Parents are invited to join that night.

Intermediate Camp

Ages 9 to 11

Dates: July 15th to 19th

Times: 9AM to 4PM

Cost: $225

Activites: Air Rifle, Archery, Fishing, Games and Crafts

Advanced Camp

Ages 12 to 17

Dates: July 22nd to 24th

Times: 9AM to 4PM

Cost: $100

 

Day 1: Archery

Day 2: Fishing

Day 3: Air Rifle & .22 shooting

If you would like to drop off your child before 8:45 AM or pickup after 4:15 PM, there will be an additional $25 fee for the week.


Camp Scholarship Program

Every year, the Saskatoon Wildlife Federation sponsors children in their summer camps. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements and be accepted. 

  • Be between the ages of 6 and 11 years, and attending elementary school in Saskatoon or the surrounding area.
  • Provide a short description of why he/she is deserving of the scholarship and what he/she hopes to gain from the camp experience.

Each summer the Saskatoon Wildlife Federation hosts summer camps at our clubhouse. Campers get a chance to enjoy the outdoors, learn some new skills, and develop friendships in a positive environment. Scholarships are available by application. Please call our office for more information.

Hunter Safety/ PAL / RPAL - 2019

Session 2

Friday, August 9th - 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Saturday, August 10th - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

 

Friday, August 16th - 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Saturday, August 17th - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Course Includes: 

   - Hunter Safety

   - PAL (Non-Restricted Firearms) exam

   - RPAL (Restricted Firearms) exam

General Information:
A digital copy of the firearm manuals will be emailed, hard copies will be supplied at the class. The required passing mark is 80%.

 

Minimum age is 18 years old.

August 6th - 9th 

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

Course Includes:
