43rd Annual Elmer Hindmarsh Wild Game Dinner – January 31st, 2026

Our most anticipated dinner is back!

The 43rd Annual Elmer Hindmarsh Wild Game Dinner will be held on Saturday, January 31st, 2026.  Doors open at 5:30pm and dinner will be served at 7pm.

Guests will be enjoying a tasty dinner featuring several dishes prepared with wild game meats and all the fixings prepared by our very own board members and volunteers!  This year will also feature a menu of various Scotches at our bar for your enjoyment.

Tickets Prices are: $85 (plus taxes) per ticket, or a Table of 8 for $680 (plus taxes).

Sponsor Tables are also available!  A Sponsor Table will have their business featured in two of our social media posts, be recognized during the Wild Game Dinner, and receive a beautiful donor plaque to take home.

Half Table (4) Sponsor:  $520.00 (plus taxes)

Our ever-popular raffles and a silent auction and live auction, featuring exciting items and experiences donated by members and businesses from our community are also back!  All proceeds go towards funding our club and the many events we put on here such as our annual Kids’ Summer Camps, including sponsoring children that may not be able to afford the cost of registration.
